Promote diversity

In accordance with the French legislation, companies with at least 50 employees must publish an annual index of equality between women and men. This index, which is based on five indicators measured according to a points scale, aims to assess eventual wage gaps that might exist between women and men within companies. For the 2019 calendar year, ODDO BHF SCA obtained a score of 77/100.
