SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

Cooperation of both bodies

All ODDO BHF employees are able to

participate in the Sustainable Development

Committee, which was established in Germany

and in France by Human Resources and

Corporate Communications. At the regular

monthly meetings, the 33 members discuss

new ideas and plan measures. The exchange

of experiences between the two countries is

a top priority, ensuring that sustainability is put

into practice as a Franco-German project.

Successful implementation of numerous ideas

Some changes were made in 2019 on the basis

of numerous ideas from the workforce and

the development of plans of action in Germany

and France:

and ecological consumables

Reduction of plastic use within
