announced the exclusion of carbon from

all of its funds as part of integrating

ESG criteria.

ODDO BHF ASSET MANAGEMENT is a signatory

to the Investor Agenda, a programme aimed

at accelerating and intensifying measures

to combat climate change.

Furthermore, ODDO BHF ASSET MANAGEMENT

is a signatory to the Women s Empowerment

Principles declaration, which supports the

principle of gender equality in companies.
