responsibility (CSR) and to involve employees

in this process.

Group employees in Germany and France

have initiated a Sustainable Development

Committee with the aim of supporting all

initiatives that help reduce the company s

carbon footprint and change individual

and collective behaviours.

31 internal ambassadors representing the

various business units within the Group made

voluntary commitments to seize the initiative

and move these matters forward.
