The ODDO BHF equity brokerage platform has distributed a total of 20 Equity Capital Market transactions since the beginning of the year! This success is the result of the fruitful partnerships concluded with Natixis, ABN AMRO and BBVA. In total, these partnerships enabled the ODDO BHF equity brokerage platform to raise for a total amount of +€10bn.
Among these 20 deals, ODDO BHF distributed two major European special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) together with its partner ABN AMRO: EFIC 1 (€415m), the first European Fintech-focused SPAC, and ESG Core Investment (€250m), the first ESG-focused SPAC in Europe.
Furthermore, ODDO BHF has been very active in the renewable sector with the €600m rights issue of Neoen, the €105m capital increase of Grenergy, the €28m capital increase of Compleo, the €20m Delta ABB transaction of Voltalia and the €28m capital increase of Avantium.
In addition, ODDO BHF confirmed its leading position in the biotech sector with the capital increases of Carmat (€56m), Gensight Biologics (€30m), Medincell (€30m) and Paion (€8m).
ODDO BHF has also played an active role in the two very large capital increases of Cellnex (€7bn) and Air France (€1bn).
Finally, ODDO BHF participated in other transactions including Just Eat Takeaway €1.1bn Equity-linked deal, Golden Ocean’s €280m capital increase, WDP €200m capital increase, Xior’s €179m rights issue, AMG’s €106m capital increase, Avance Gas €55m capital increase and SES Imagotag €57m secondary share disposal.
Thanks to its newly formed partnerships, ODDO BHF is growing as a European equity brokerage platform capable of delivering a wider range of services and enhanced expertise to its institutional investor clients.
