We have noted a multiplication of fraud attempts in which the name ODDO BHF is likely to be used. This is particularly the case for Portuguese-language websites that usurp ODDO BHF SE identity to invite you to make a payment. We would like to inform you that these websites are not legitimate and have been created by fraudsters. We therefore urge you to be extremely vigilant.

Our Gender Balance Programme

Convinced that diversity within teams is a real performance lever, we designed the “Gender Balance Programme" that we are currently deploying within the Group with the support of the General Management Committee and steered by the HR teams. This program aims to promote gender balance within teams and at all levels of responsibility.


The “Gender Balance Programme” is based on 3 pillars:


Onboarding and commitment of Top Management

A diagnosis by business line was carried out to specify targets and measurement tools specific to each department.


Raising awareness and training for management committees, women, managers and all employees

  • Training given to women by a specialized firm: Leadership Program, Young Female Talent Program, Self-Marketing Program
  • Training for managers to enable them to recognize and avoid perception bias
  • Support and coaching of women as part of the “Empowerment Program”, in Germany


Adjustment of HR and managerial processes

  • Hiring: involvement of at least one woman in the hiring process, hiring target set at 50% women as part of the plan to recruit 100 juniors
  • Career management: special attention paid to women in monitoring and developing their careers, adapting career management processes to strengthen our female talent pool, financial measures put in place to support women returning from maternity leave
  • Communication and adjustment of our employer brand
