Junior recruitment plan

This strategy aims to recruit 100 juniors per year in France, Germany and Switzerland. This is in line with the Group's desire to balance the workforce in terms of seniority and to develop our activities over the long term. It is also about ensuring the best possible interaction between the different generations that make up our teams and which are a guarantee of richness and performance.

We consider training to be a vehicle for developing its talents. Its objective is to guarantee the maintenance and improvement of employees' skills by respecting their current and future individual needs as well as the Group's strategy.
