Internal mobility

As soon as a position is open or vacant, an internal mobility offer is sent out to all employees, who are free to submit their application to Human Resources. External recruitment is only carried out if the position cannot be filled via internal mobility for sensitive or specific competences or positions.

International mobility

With its growth in Germany, the Group is also committed to encouraging mobility between France and Germany. Since 2017, 25 movements have been made between the two countries.
Since 2018, the Group has also been recruiting V.I.Es (12 to 24-month "Volontariat International en Entreprise" assignments), especially in Germany, to help us with our Franco-German development. Currently, 13 V.I.E. are on assignment in Germany.
The Group continues to develop, particularly in Switzerland, where new opportunities for mobility are to be expected.
