Letter from the Director of HR

Dear all,

Since 2016 we have achieved major milestones for the ODDO BHF Group as a unique and independent European financial institution. The expertise and reputation of our teams is growing in all our three core businesses: Asset Management, Private Banking, and Corporate and Investment Banking.

This development is a guarantee for success and offers new opportunities to our current employees and those who will join us.

We are currently looking for Talents in each of our businesses. During our recruitment process, we make sure to evaluate your potential for development within the company: your commitment, your intellectual agility, your result-oriented approach, your ability to create relationships and to take initiatives will help you to grow along with us. In addition to these opportunities and numerous internal mobilities, our Partnership program is a key element of our HR policy. 43% of our employees have already been investing in the Group's capital. This is a very important guarantee of mutual commitment, which continues to allow us to develop over time.

I wish for each of you to have an enriching experience on our website in order to discover our culture and expertise, and even more, insights into our different divisions.

See you very soon,
Aurore van der Werf
