Xavier Nadjar
Vice-Chairman, Equities France
Xavier Nadjar was appointed Vice-Chairman of Equities France in June 2026. Prior to that, he had served as Head of Sales since 2020.
He began his career in finance at Pinatton (1998) as a financial analyst in the IT services sector.
He joined ODDO & Cie in 2000 (after the acquisition of Pinatton), starting as a salesperson in Switzerland in 2003. He then took over responsibility for the French T3/T4 client base, followed by Benelux sales.
Before joining the Group, Xavier had entrepreneurial experience in the IT services sector.
Xavier Nadjar has a university degree (MASS – Mathématiques appliquées au sciences Economiques) and is a graduate of the IEA.
