Konstantin Ivanov is Managing Partner at ODDO BHF Corporate Finance and, as Head of Energy & Utilities, is specialized in energy‑ and utility‑related corporate finance mandates in CEE as well as the DACH region. He has more than 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance, with a clear focus on transactions in the energy and utilities sector.
Before joining ODDO BHF, he spent eight years at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, most recently as Executive Director and Head of Energy & Utilities. In this role, he oversaw numerous cross‑border transactions and deepened his expertise in regulated and unregulated energy and infrastructure markets.
Konstantin Ivanov holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management.
