Philipp Steffens is Managing Partner at ODDO BHF Corporate Finance and specializes in the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and Industrials sectors, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Austria. He has approximately 20 years of experience in M&A advisory and joined ODDO BHF in December 2025.
Previously, he spent more than a decade at UniCredit in London, Vienna, Milan, and Munich, focusing on transactions in the Industrials, FMCG, Retail, and Healthcare sectors, as well as on Alternative Capital Markets products. In 2023, he joined Raiffeisen Bank International as Head of Consumer Goods & Life Sciences for CEE and Austria, before taking on the role of Managing Partner upon joining ODDO BHF.
He began his career at HypoVereinsbank in London as an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets team, where he advised on numerous capital markets transactions across Europe.
Philipp Steffens holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and studied in Leipzig, Marburg, and Hong Kong.
