Hervé Ronin is Managing Partner and Group Head of Healthcare. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and advising European healthcare companies. He began his career in 1997 at Paribas in London, later at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance, where he built the Healthcare Corporate Finance team. Under his leadership, the team became the leading advisor in France and ranked among the top 10 in Europe.
In 2010, he joined Bryan, Garnier & Co. to expand the firm’s healthcare activities, with a focus on high‑growth European mid‑cap healthcare companies. There, he established a pan‑European healthcare investment banking platform across six offices and advised numerous transactions in the areas of M&A as well as private and public financings. Since 2021, he has jointly led the healthcare division together with Paul de Mestier.
Hervé Ronin holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
