Klaus Imhof is Managing Partner ODDO BHF Corporate Finance and, as Head of M&A Austria & CEE, is responsible for the M&A activities in Austria as well as in Central and Eastern Europe. He has extensive experience in investment banking with a particular focus on consumer goods, health care and logistics related transactions.
After joining RBI Group in 2002, he specialized in FMCG and agricultural transactions and successfully built up the Consumer Coverage team from 2005 onwards and got promoted to Group Head M&A in 2014 overseeing the M&A franchise of RBI with 8 offices in CEE / CIS. Before that, Klaus started his career in 1996 with Creditanstalt BV and joined beginning 1999 Ernst&Young in Vienna working on consulting and advisory mandates in the FI sector in Austria and the CEE region.
Klaus Imhof holds a Master’s degree in Finance from SDA Bocconi as well as a doctorate in business administration from WU Vienna.
